Bahan-bahan:
20 gm daun melinjo
350 gm jagung
70 gm putik jagung
53 gm kacang panjang
35 gm kacang tanah
600 gm labu
10 gm asam jawa
35 gm bawang merah
35 gm bawang putih
100 gm belimbing buluh
25 gm cili merah
25 gm cili padi
75 gm gula putih
100 gm tomato
20 gm belacan
Cara membuat:
Panaskan air sehingga mendidih di atas api yang sederhana.Kemudian masukkan kesemua bahan lain ke dalam periuk dan tutup.Biarkan direbus sehingga bahan empuk dan sehingga air rebusan menjadi 7 gelas.(Kalau kurang dari 7 gelas tambahkan air panas).
