RECIPE:SUP TULANG

Bahan-bahan:
2 kg ekor lembu
100 gm bawang putih
50 gm bawang merah
50 gm buah keras
3 hiris lengkuas
3 hiris halia
3 hiris serai
5 helai daun limau
4 biji buah pelaga
2 biji bunga lawang
4 biji bunga cengkih
½ biji buah pala
2 biji tomato
air secukupnya

Cara membuat:
Campurkan kesemua bahan dan rebus sehingga ekor lembu empuk dan masak.Biar sehingga 30 minit di atas api yang sederhana.Kemudian biarkan lagi 10 minit sebelum disaring.Sedia dihidangkan.
