Bahan-bahan:
1 ekor ikan patin
1 biji kelapa
15 biji cili padi
1 inci kunyit
2 ulas bawang merah
1 ulas bawang putih
1 keping asam keping
garam secukup rasa
Cara membuat:
1.Ikan yang telah dibersihkan hendaklah disalai dahulu.
2.Cili padi,kunyit,bawang merah dan bawang putih ditumbuk halus.Lepas itu masukkan bahan-bahan tadi serta asam keping bersama santan dan masak hingga mendidih.
3.Setelah mendidih masukkan pucuk ubi yang telah dipusar dan seterusnya masukkan ikan salai tadi.Rasakan garamnya.
